"Before commencing in physical activity there are physical prerequisites that should be met prior to increasing activity levels and stressing the body. Establishing a movement profile by a qualified professional can identify weak links in the body that can be addressed in order to reduce and prevent injuries. A warm up and cool down should be individualized. This will help improve imbalances and identified weak links so that the body can move well and move often."
